Terms of Service

rand0m.ai launched June 6, 2026. These terms take effect on the day the production release that carries them publishes this page, and they are not backdated.

These terms are an agreement between you and Random Knights, LLC ("we" or "us") for your use of the rand0m.ai app. By using rand0m.ai, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Using rand0m.ai

rand0m.ai is an early (beta) app for exploring AI agents, Earth and weather data, and related tools. Features may change, pause, or go away, and the app may be unavailable at times.

You must be at least 13 years old to use rand0m.ai. If you are 13 to 17, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you. We recommend rand0m.ai for people 18 and older. rand0m.ai is not directed to children under 13. We set the line at 13 on purpose: part of our K13 mission is to make AI friendly and safe for every age group.

Accounts

You can use much of rand0m.ai without signing in. If you sign in with Google, GitHub, or an email link, keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Some features are open only to invited testers or to our own staff.

Your AI keys and provider charges

If you add your own API key for an AI provider, requests you make with that key are billed to you by that provider under its own terms. You are responsible for those charges and for following that provider's rules. We apply daily limits to protect the service, but we do not control what a provider charges.

Acceptable use

Do not use rand0m.ai to:

• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
• get into accounts, keys, or data that are not yours;
• get around our limits or security checks, or overload the service;
• copy the service's data in bulk with automated tools;
• create content that exploits children or promotes violence.

We may limit or suspend access for anyone who does these things.

AI output is not advice

AI answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Check anything important with a qualified person or an official source before you act on it.

Weather, Earth, and third-party data

rand0m.ai shows data from outside sources, such as weather services, government science agencies, and open map projects. That data can be late, missing, or wrong. Do not rely on rand0m.ai for safety decisions, such as whether to go out on the water, travel in severe weather, or leave during a fire. Follow official warnings instead.

Those sources, and services you connect to rand0m.ai, have their own terms and licenses. Where a source requires credit, we show it in the app. Your use of that data or service is also subject to its terms.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the prompts, notes, and files you put into rand0m.ai. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the features you use, for example to send a prompt to the AI provider you picked. You are responsible for having the right to use what you put in.

Our content

The rand0m.ai app, its design, and its brand belong to Random Knights, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the app as intended.

No warranty

rand0m.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about the app, including that it will be accurate, reliable, secure, or always available, or that it fits any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Random Knights, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, that come from your use of rand0m.ai. For all other claims, our total liability is limited to the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using rand0m.ai at any time. You can delete your account in the app, under Account controls in the profile pop-out, or ask us to delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also post a notice in the app. Using rand0m.ai after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or rand0m.ai will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
